Using ingredient petite green peas
Chinese Chicken Salad
- 2 scallions
- 1 clov garlic (peeled)
- 1 green only thinly cilantro in a food processor (sliced chopped optional)
- 1 right before toss the chicken (serving)
- 280 gr poached chicken breast torn bite sized (into pieces)
- 240 gr petite green peas (frozen thawed)
- 210 gr elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 55 gr peanut butter
- 60 ml peanut oil
- 30 ml soy sauce
