Ingredients
- 9 ideal appearance is a chunks of cauliflower in saffron coloured (thick)
- 6 1/2 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 cardamom
- 3 garlic (cloves)
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 masala
- 1 ginger
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 240 ml yogurt (plain)
- 240 ml water
- 200 gr petite green peas (frozen)
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 6 gr garam masala powder
- 6 gr mild cayenne pepper powder
- 3 gr turmeric powder
- 2 gr coriander powder
- some salt
of the yogurt, 2 spoons of _MILD_ cayenne pepper works for me. However, it depends on whether you want your mouth watering and your eyes lighting up, or the other way 'round. :-)
