• 1 gr celery seed
• 1 package tomato sauce

Country Ribs

• 800 gr pork country-style ribs
• 240 ml sweet wine (red)
• 120 ml chili sauce
• 80 ml vinegar
• 60 ml honey
• 45 ml vegetable oil
• 30 ml soy sauce
• 16 ml worcestershire sauce
• 10 ml dry mustard
• 6 gr salt
