- 2 lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- 280 gr all purpose flour
- 210 gr pine nuts
- 150 gr sugar
- 65 gr butter (unsalted)
- 60 ml sambuca liqueur
- 9 gr baking powder
- 3 gr anise seeds
- 1 gr salt
