• 1 leek
• 1 stalk celery with leaves
• 1/2 sized tomato
• 950 ml chicken stock
• 200 gr cucumbers
• 20 ml olive oil
• 16 ml olive oil
• 10 ml lemon juice
• 10 gr walnuts (finely chopped)
