Ingredients
- 4 thinly green onions (chopped)
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 1 potato (chopped red)
- 1 vegetable
- 4 c water
- 2 lb asparagus
- 1 c cream
- 3 tb butter
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 2 tb tarragon
- 2 tb basil
- 3 slices leeks (sliced)
Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon cube; simemr 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve.
