Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast withou (halves)
- 1/2 garlic
- 3/4 c yogurt (plain)
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1/4 ts worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ts celery seed
- 1/4 ts paprika
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1 ds pepper
first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bkae, uncovered, at 350 ^ for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Exchanges: One serving equals 3 1/2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/4 skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g. fat.
