Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast withou (halves)
- 1/2 garlic
- 180 ml yogurt (plain)
- 110 gr bread crumbs
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 ml worcestershire sauce
- 1 gr celery seed
- 1 gr paprika
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
first 8 ingredients. Place chicken in mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade, coat each piece with crumbs. Arrange on a shallow baking pan. Bkae, uncovered, at 350 ^ for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Exchanges: One serving equals 3.5 lean meat, 1 starch, quarter skim milk, 271 calories, 5 g. fat.
