Ingredients
- 1 btl
- 2 quart saucepan until tender
- 12 oz beer
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c carrot
- 1/2 c onion
- 1/2 c celery
- 2 t margarine
- 1 t salt
- 1 t cumin
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1 dash pepper
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese.
