Ingredients
- 10 beets
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 1/4 cups vinegar
- 2 c cabbage (chopped)
- 1 c sweet pepper (red)
- 1 c cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 c onions (chopped)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 tb mustard seed
- 2 tb salt
- 1 tb celery seed
Combine ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender. M.B. Horsky, Simpson, PA.
