Ingredients
- 10 beets
- 1 stalk celery
- 525 ml vinegar
- 270 gr cabbage (chopped)
- 140 gr sweet pepper (red)
- 140 gr cauliflower (chopped)
- 120 gr onions (chopped)
- 100 gr sugar
- 45 ml mustard seed
- 18 gr salt
- 6 gr celery seed
