Ingredients
- 12 heatproof flat spread about (plate)
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks until mixture coats a metal spoon (beaten)
- 1 juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 edge
- 3/8 meringue to within
- 2 c blueberries (fresh)
- 2 c peaches (sliced)
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/2 ts vanilla
- 1 1/2 ts cream of tartar
- 2 t flour
- 1/4 ts salt
- 3/8 dash sugar
heat and add 1/2 t each of vanilla and almond extracts. Chill; fold in 3/4 c heavy cream, whipped.
