Ingredients

• 12 so of garli i usually just shake in more garlic powder (cloves fresh)

• 8 italian style

• 4 ca jun seasonin
• 2 cans of campbells
• 1 beer any kind
• 1 juice of a lime
• 1 if its enough (not thick)
• 1 pkg brown gravy mix
• 1 medi um onion
• chili peppers (yellow)
• 5 quart crock pot without letting it reduce
• 6 lbs chuck roas it up little bite size (chop into pieces)
• 3 cup beef broth
• 16 oz ste wed tomatoes
• 1 oz california o r mexico chili powder (new)
• 1 tb lime
• 1 tb brown sugar
• 2 tb cumin (ground)
• 1 tb paprika
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tb oregano
• 1 t vinegar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 package chili peppers are (yellow optional)
• some cheddar on top every time
