• 1 pkg brown gravy mix
• 1 medi um onion
• chili peppers (yellow)
• 4,300 gr crock pot without letting it reduce
• 2,700 gr chuck roas it up little bite size (chop into pieces)
• 700 ml beef broth
• 300 gr ste wed tomatoes
• 16 gr california o r mexico chili powder (new)
• 16 gr lime
• 14 gr brown sugar
• 12 gr cumin (ground)
• 7 gr paprika
• 5 ml dry mustard
• 5 gr oregano
• 5 ml vinegar
• 3 gr black pepper
• 1 package chili peppers are (yellow optional)
• some cheddar on top every time
