Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 1 pecan
- 2 1/2 c sugar
- 2 3/8 c sifted cake flour
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 1/8 c butter (unsalted)
- 4 oz sweet german cooking
- 1 3/8 c coconut flakes
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
Butter three 8 inch cake pans thoroughly and line the base of each with baking parchment. Rub a little more butter onto the paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. SEE PART 2 TOO HOT TAMALES SHOW #TH 6243 ----
