- 12 black greek olives
- 4 garlic (cloves)
- 3 green onions
- 3 chicken breast (cooked)
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 3/4 c steam zucchini
- 1/2 c parm cheese (grated fresh)
- 6 oz fusilli (dried)
- 1/4 cup dressing
- 1/4 c pine nuts (toasted)
- 6 t wine vinegar (red)
- 3 t lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 1/2 t basil (dried)
- 2 t kosher salt
- 2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t sugar
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 t black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 t pepper
green onions. Adjust seasonings and dressings to taste. Spoon salad onto a platter. Sprinkle tomatoes, olives and pine nuts on top. Pass cheese separately.
