- 2 garlic (cloves minced)

- 3/8 sauce
- 3/8 mozzaralla cheese
- 3/8 ricotta mixture on the noodles
- 3/8 noodles
- 500 g stewed tomatoes
- 500 g tomato sauce
- 500 g hamburger (lean)
- 500 g ricotta cheese
- 500 g mozzaralla cheese (grated)
- 200 g tomato paste
- 250 g curd cottage cheese
- 150 g romano cheese (grated)
- 300 g lasagne noodles
- 15 ml salt
- 5 ml salt for liter
- 15 ml parsley flakes
- 5 ml parsley
- 5 ml basil
- 1 ml sugar
