- 3/8 ricotta mixture on the noodles
- 3/8 noodles
- 525 gr stewed tomatoes
- 500 ml tomato sauce
- 475 gr hamburger (lean)
- 260 gr ricotta cheese
- 260 gr mozzaralla cheese (grated)
- 220 gr tomato paste
- 130 gr curd cottage cheese
- 80 gr romano cheese (grated)
- 70 gr lasagne noodles
- 12 gr salt
- 5 gr salt for liter
- 2 gr parsley flakes
- 1 gr parsley
- 1 gr basil
- 1 gr sugar
