- 1/4 c softened clarified butter
- 2 tb raisins
- 2 tb pistachios (chopped)
- 2 tb blanched almonds (chopped)
- 1 1/2 ts vegetable oil
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts cardamom seeds (ground)
the top is golden red. Decorate top with edible silver foil. *
