- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon onion (red chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1 pinch cumin (ground)
- 1 slice endive lettuce for pepper (garnish)
