- 16 ml orange juice (fresh)
- 16 ml vinegar (white)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 8 gr garlic (chopped)
- 7 gr onion (red chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
- 1 slice endive lettuce for pepper (garnish)
