  • 1 jalapeo (diced)
  • 1 available in the freezer section of fiesta marts
  • 250 gr shrimp (cleaned)
  • 210 gr snapper fillets skinned
  • 120 ml lime juice (fresh)
  • 65 gr bell pepper (diced red)
  • 16 ml orange juice (fresh)
  • 16 ml vinegar (white)
  • 16 ml olive oil
  • 8 gr garlic (chopped)
  • 7 gr onion (red chopped)
  • 3 gr salt
  • 1 gr cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • 1 gr cumin (ground)
  • 1 slice endive lettuce for pepper (garnish)
