Ingredients

- 1 chili
- 3 c coconut milk
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tb olive oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tb garlic
- 3 ts vinegar
- 1 ts black pepper (ground)
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts ginger (fresh)
