- 12 navel oranges

- 8 eggs
- 1 pecans
- 1 fine quality
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 orange zest
- 7 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 c honey
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c hazelnuts
- 1 c almonds
- 1 c walnuts
- 6 t sugar
- 6 t sugar to soft peaks
hot and grill oranges in batches, about 10 seconds on each side. Serve cake with grilled oranges. This gives the cake a Sephardic slant. ----
