- 9 baking tin by lining it with two layers of waxed paper
- 5 cake
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 lemon essence
- 1 serve with rum sauce (hard)
- 1 mixed fruit (dried)
- 1 additional rum for basting during storage
- 1 fruit mixture mix all the ingredients (together)
- 1 month
- 1/2 candied cherries
- 1/4 brown food coloring up
- 1 1/2 cup rum
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sweet sherry
- 1/2 pound butter at room temperature
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup currants
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup candied citrus peel
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons almond essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (ground)
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice (ground)
