Ingredients
- 400 oven
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 c milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup mixture egg yolks (hot into beaten)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 3/8 c cream (light)
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 tb corn syrup (light)
- 4 tb cornstarch
- 1 tb butter
- 2 ts vanilla
- 1/8 ts sal bring to boilin flour all at once
(mixture may appear curdled). Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly and spoon over filled cream puffs.
