Ingredients
- 400 oven
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 700 ml milk
- 300 ml water
- 240 ml mixture egg yolks (hot into beaten)
- 230 ml sour cream
- 150 gr sugar
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr packed brown sugar
- 80 ml cream (light)
- 55 gr butter
- 40 gr corn syrup (light)
- 32 gr cornstarch
- 14 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 1 ml sal bring to boilin flour all at once
(mixture may appear curdled). Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly and spoon over filled cream puffs.
