Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 4 chicken bouillon (cubes)
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 celery
- 1 chives
- 1 parmesan cheese
- 13 oz evaporated milk
- 3/8 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Combine the above except the milk and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4 hours. During the last hour add evaporated milk and chives. Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top.
