- 8 mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 2 cauliflower flowerets
- 2 potato
- 1 onion (yellow)
- 1 green pepper
- 4 c water
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup water until transluen the carrots
- 1/2 c peas (frozen)
- 1 tb curry powder
- 1 ts turmeric
- 1 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 ts coriander
- 1/4 ts dry mustard
- 1/4 ts pepper flakes (red)
- 2 slices carrot
- 1 slice celery stalk
