Ingredients
- 1 onion
 - 1 green pepper
 - 1 bay leaf
 - 6 qt dutch oven
 - 35 oz italian tomatos (peeled)
 - 1 1/2 c chuck (ground)
 - 12 oz tomato sauce
 - 1 cup cheese to the sauce
 - 2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
 - 1 lb spaghetti
 - 1 c bread crumbs
 - 1/2 lb mushrooms (fresh)
 - 1 ts oregano
 - 3/4 ts salt
 - 1 ts basil
 - 1/4 ts pepper
 - some garlic
 
minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. NOTE: If you like black olives, you can add 1 small can of sliced olives in step 4 to the sauce.
