Ingredients
- 10 pie shell
- 3 from low heat until surface begins to bubble (inches)

- 2 apricot glaze
- 1 apricot preserves

- 1/2 bourbon
- 1/2 pecan (halves)
- 2 c pumpkin (canned)
- 1/2 pt cream (heavy)
- 3/4 c whipping cream
- 3/4 c sugar
- 5/8 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c milk
- 3/4 cup whipping cream in bowl
- 1/2 c pecans
- 4 tb apricot brandy
- 3 tb butter
- 1 tb whipping cream
- 1/2 ts ginger
- 5/8 ts salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
