Ingredients
- 6 sole (fresh)
- 3/8 c butter
- 2 tb green onions (chopped)
- 2 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 1/2 ts garlic powder
- 1 1/2 ts basil leaves
- 12 slices montary jack cheese (sliced)
- 1 slice ripe tomato
Heat oven to 350F. In 13x9 baking pan melt butter. Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan...layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.
