Ingredients
- 6 sole (fresh)
- 75 gr butter
- 16 gr green onions (chopped)
- 10 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr basil leaves
- 12 slices montary jack cheese (sliced)
- 1 slice ripe tomato
Heat oven to 180ºC . In 13x9 baking pan melt butter. Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan...layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.
