Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 tb mayonnaise
- 1 tb melted butter
- 2 ts worcestershire sauce
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 ts paprika
combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
