Ingredients
- 2 scallions
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 c tomato juice (cold)
- 2 c tomatoes (freshly chopped)
- 1 c green pepper
- 2 tb wine vinegar
- 2 tb olive oil
- 1 ts honey
- 1/4 c parsley (fresh)
- 1 ts both tarragon
- 1 ds cumin
- 1 ds sauce (hot)
x Salt/pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and puree if desired. Chill for 2 hours.
