Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 2 nonfat yoghurt (plain)
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 sugar
- 2 tb cumin seeds (ground)
- 2 tb coriander seeds (ground)
- 1 ts garam masala
- 2 ts ginger (fresh ground)
- 3/4 tsp cayanne pepper
- 1/2 ts turmeric
Liquify in blender. Simmer until thickened slightly and flavor is set. Use as a marinade for kabobs or any meat or fish. Very good with rice.
