Ingredients
- 48 wonton wrappers
- 8 cm
- 3 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 over filling
- 3 c vegetable oil
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c vinegar (white)
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 4 oz pork (uncooked boneless lean)
- 2 oz shrimp
- 1 oz mushrooms boiling water (dried)
- 4 ts cornstarch
- 2 ts soy sauce
- 1/2 ts pared ginger (grated fresh)
