Ingredients
- 12 turkey
- 4 sprigs thyme (fresh)
- 4 sprigs rosemary (fresh)
- 2 potato starch
- 1 onion
- 1 liquid
- 1/2 chives (dried)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 c low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 c mushrooms (dried)
- 1/2 ounce mushrooms with (dried sliced)
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/8 ts black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 slice lemon
measure; let stand 5 minutes. Skim off and discard fat; pour remaining liquid into small saucepan. Add mushrooms and 1 cup mushroom liquid, broth, wine, potato starch, chives, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes. Serve with turkey.
