Ingredients

- 2 on ungreased cookie shee bake (inches apart)
- 1 balls
- 2 1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c carrot (shredded)
- 3 tb honey
- 2 ts baking soda
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- 1/4 ts salt
