- 2 qt casserole
- 2 1/2 c chicken (cooked)
- 8 oz water chestnuts
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1 c rice
- 1 c celery
- 1 c mushrooms (fresh)
- 1/2 c cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 c almonds
- 3 tb margarine
- 1 tb onion
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1/2 ts rosemary
- 1/4 ts pepper
- 1 package cream of chicken soup
