Ingredients
- 8 baking dish (square)
- 2 turkey (cooked)
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 c celery (chopped)
- 1/2 c almonds (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cheese (grated)
- 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 tb onion (grated)
- 1/2 ts salt
Variation: Shrimp, tuna or chicken may be substituted for turkey.
