- 2 turkey (cooked)
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 200 gr celery (chopped)
- 60 gr almonds (sliced)
- 60 gr cheese (grated)
- 55 gr sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 16 gr onion (grated)
- 1 gr salt
Variation: Shrimp, tuna or chicken may be substituted for turkey.
