Ingredients
- 2 casserole dish
- 2 eggs
- 1 whisk
- 1 onion
- 3 quart sauce (pan)
- 4 c water
- 3 lb zucchini
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 2 c cottage cheese
- 1 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz green chiles (chopped)
- 2 tb butter
- 2 tb parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 ts salt
- 1 tsp salt in
- 2 ts parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 ts pepper
- some garlic
more cheddar if desired), and place on the center rack of the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated and top layer is set. Serve immediately.
