- 2 eggs

- 2,800 ml sauce (pan)
- 950 ml water
- 750 gr zucchini
- 450 gr beef (lean ground)
- 250 gr cottage cheese
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 65 gr green chiles (chopped)
- 28 gr butter
- 10 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 6 gr salt
- 3 gr salt in
- 1 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr pepper
- some garlic
