Ingredients
- 6 firm
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 celery rib
- 1 kasha (uncooked)
- 1/2 scallions
- 1/2 shell
- 1/2 from tomato
- 2 c vegetable broth (hot)
- 1 c mushrooms
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c pine nuts
- 1/4 c wheatgerm
- 2 tb olive oil
- 4 ts oil until softened
- 1 tb egg replacer
- 1/4 c italian parsley
- 1/2 ts thyme
- 1/2 ts salt
Place reserved tops on the tomatoes, brush with the remaining oil. Bake another 10 minutes & then serve immediately.
