- 475 ml vegetable broth (hot)
- 85 gr mushrooms
- 60 ml water
- 34 gr pine nuts
- 32 gr wheatgerm
- 30 ml olive oil
- 20 ml oil until softened
- 16 gr egg replacer
- 7 gr italian parsley
- 2 gr thyme
- 1 gr salt
Place reserved tops on the tomatoes, brush with the remaining oil. Bake another 10 minutes & then serve immediately.
