Ingredients
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper in (red)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 apricot preserves
- 1 1/4 lb chicken (skinless boneless)
- 1 c peach wine
- 9 oz pkg angel hair pasta (fresh)
- 1/4 lb snow peas stemmed
- 3 tb olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp oil over high hea snow peas
- 1 tb dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 t olive oil over high heat until (hot)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
pepper, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and pasta. Mix in reserved mustard-fruit sauce.
