Ingredients
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper in (red)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 apricot preserves
- 325 gr chicken (skinless boneless)
- 240 ml peach wine
- 120 gr pkg angel hair pasta (fresh)
- 95 gr snow peas stemmed
- 45 ml olive oil
- 22 ml oil over high hea snow peas
- 16 ml dijon mustard
- 7 ml olive oil over high heat until (hot)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
pepper, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and pasta. Mix in reserved mustard-fruit sauce.
