Ingredients
- 32 bottled grape leaves
- 5 long wooden skewers in water
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 mixture on leaf
- 1 bell pepper (red)
- 1 apar if using for a day (not)
- 3/4 from stem end
- 5/8 squash (yellow)
- 8 c water
- 1 1/2 c lima beans
- 1 c tomato
- 5/8 c bell peppers (red)
- 5/8 c zucchini
- 3 tb mint
- 2 tb extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tb cilantro
- 2 tb lime juice
- 1 tb oil
- 1/2 tb mustard seeds
- 3 tb parsley
- some salt
with olive oil & grill 5 minutes a side. Heat remaining oil in a skillet. Add mustard seeds & cover till they pop. Add jalapeno & bell pepper & stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add tomato, fry for 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salt, pepper & herbs. Spoon beans onto a warmed platter & top with grape leaves. Sprinkle with remaining lime juice. Yamuna Devi, "Yamuna's Table"
