- 1 1/2 onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 qt water
- 1 c cilantro (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a blender
- 1 ts allspice (ground)
- 1 ts cumin
- 3/4 ts cinnamon (ground)
- 1/4 ts coarsely black pepper (ground)
- some salt
