Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 on cookie
- 1 1/4 c granulated sugar superfine
- 2 c coconut (shredded)
- 1 tb at a time
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t almond extract
- 1/2 ts salt
stand for 2-3 min. Loosen cookies with spatual and remove to wire racks to cool. Store in tin box between layers of waxed paper.
